What people ask before they book

These are the same eight questions the office fields most days, whether it is a first time caller or someone checking a detail before a job starts. Estimates are always free, and if you would rather just ask a person, the number is (740) 369-5161.

You get a member of our staff. We run 24 hour emergency plumbing service and we do not put you through to an automated answering service, which matters at two in the morning when a line is backing up into a finished basement.

Yes. We are fully licensed, bonded and insured, under State of Ohio License #23169. Between the owner, the technicians and our master plumbers there is a lot of experience on the truck that pulls up.

Estimates are free. We will walk you through the pricing structure and the variables before any work starts, so there are no surprises when the invoice comes.

No. Our technicians are not paid on commission and they do not carry sales goals. We reward them for how customers respond to them. As a small business we grow on word of mouth, so the incentive is to fix the thing rather than sell you a bigger job.

We offer Senior, Veteran and First Responder discounts. Mention it when you call so the office can apply it.

Yes. We offer flexible payment options through GreenSky, with quick approval, so a larger repair does not have to be paid up front all at once.

We warranty labour and parts, and we stand behind the job after the crew has gone. If something is not right, call the office and we will come back to it.
