How it started

The sign out front still says Est. 1995.

Amanda Plumbing Sewer & Drain was founded in 1995 by a former Marine, and it has stayed a family business ever since. It is second generation now: Amanda Hines runs it today, alongside her husband Hayden.

Amanda has earned a real following in the Delaware, Ohio area over the years. Her expertise has put more than one competitor to shame, and it has helped a lot of customers avoid a costly repair down the line. She has stayed an active member of the community, and Hayden runs the business side alongside her.

Between the owner, the technicians and our master plumbers, there is a lot of experience behind the crew that shows up at your door.

On the job

Stocked vans, uniforms, and the yard put back the way we found it.

Every technician on our crew arrives in a fully stocked van, in uniform, carrying the tools a job like yours actually needs. We leave the work area clean and spotless when we go, the same way we found it.

Our technicians are not paid on commission and they do not carry sales goals. We reward them for how customers respond to them, not for how big the invoice gets. As a small business we grow on word of mouth, and that only works if the crew fixes the problem instead of selling you a bigger one.
